Calendar & support
Where to see scheduled work across a profile, and how to contact the Metryx team from inside the app.
Calendar
Calendar is the planner for a profile. It opens whether or not you have connected anything, and it holds two kinds of thing: events you put there yourself, and everything already scheduled elsewhere in Metryx. Automated reports, the weekly Discord digest, moderation timers running out, and Instagram posts all appear on the day they happen.
Month, Week and Agenda sit at the top right. Month is the shape of the plan, Week gives each day room to breathe, and Agenda is a flat list of what is coming over the next 45 days.
| Click anything | Opens a card with what it is, when it happens, and a link to whatever owns it. |
| Right-click a day | New event here, schedule an Instagram post, or add an automated report. |
| Right-click an event | Open it, edit it, mark it done, or delete it. Things owned by another page only offer Open. |
| Drag | Move your own events and scheduled Instagram posts to another day. They keep their time. |
Note
Your own events
Your own events are the one layer that needs no platform at all. Give one a title, a date, a time (or mark it all day) and any notes worth keeping. They live on the profile, so everyone with access sees them.
Add one with New event at the top right, or right-click the day you want and pick New event here. Right-click an event you made to edit it, mark it done, or delete it. Done events stay on the grid with a line through them, so a week still shows what actually happened.
Instagram posts
The Instagram posts layer is everything you have scheduled in the Studio, sitting on the day it publishes. Only posts with a time on them appear; drafts stay in the Studio until you give them one.
Drag a post to another day to move it. It keeps its time of day, exactly like the Studio calendar, and the new time saves the moment you let go. Drop one on a day that has already gone by and nothing moves: the cell turns red while you hover it, and the drop explains itself instead of scheduling something in the past. Posts that already published, and posts that failed, are muted and cannot be dragged. Clicking any post opens it in the Studio, where you can change the caption, the media, and everything else.
To put something new on a day, select the day and use Schedule an Instagram post under Selected day. It opens the Studio composer with that day already filled in, at noon, or at the next clean hour if you picked today.
Note
Create schedules
Use New, or click directly on a day, to choose what you want to schedule. Automated reports can be created without leaving Calendar. Add an optional title, choose the cadence, day, time, report pages, and recipients, then create it. The new report appears on the month view right away.

Support
Support opens a panel on the right of whatever page you are on. Search the docs first, then pick a lane. Open a ticket for anything that does not need an answer right now: pick a topic and severity, describe the problem, and follow the whole reply thread inside the dashboard. You also get an email whenever support replies. Live chat is for right-now questions: Zero answers immediately, and a human takes over whenever you ask.
Each lane tells you what to expect before you pick it. Live chat reads Usually under 5 minutes while someone is at the desk and We reply by email when nobody is, instead of quoting an average that isn't true at 3 AM. Tickets and email say Usually within 12 hours. Inside a conversation you get the same signal just above the box you type in.
Everything you have ever sent lives under Your conversations in the same panel, with unread dots when support replied since your last visit.
Sorted out? Mark as resolved at the bottom of the conversation closes it, and then asks one question, Was this helpful?, with a thumbs up and a thumbs down. Answering is one click and entirely optional. If it turns out you weren't done after all, Still need help? Reopen puts you back in the same thread with all of its history.

Note
Zero answers first
New live chats are answered by Zero, the same assistant behind Ask Zero. Zero knows these docs, can see your plan and profile, and reads any screenshots you attach, so most questions get an answer in seconds, day or night. Answers link the docs page they came from, and every Zero reply is labeled with the Metryx mark so you always know when you are talking to the AI.
Want a person instead? Just say so, in any words, and Zero hands the chat to the team right away with a short summary of what was covered, so you never repeat yourself. Once a human joins, or you ask for one, Zero stays out of that conversation for good. The same thread keeps your whole history, and you will see a typing indicator whether it is Zero or a teammate writing.
