Instagram analytics

Metryx connects to Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). Click Connect account, sign in with Instagram in the popup, and approve the permissions. The connection card shows your handle, account type, and a Collecting status once it's live.

Metryx only ever reads what you approve. Disconnecting deletes the access token immediately; the history Metryx already collected stays with your profile, and reconnecting resumes where you left off.

Instagram's own insights only look back about 30 days, and per-post insights carry no history at all. From the moment you connect, Metryx snapshots your account every hour: follower counts, daily views, reach, interactions, profile visits, and every post's numbers. That history is permanent and it's yours.

The Instagram sidebar mirrors the Discord one: an Overview with your health score and headline numbers, then Growth (follower curve, gained vs lost, milestones), Content (per-post table with real thumbnails, format mix, views by format), Reels (views and watch time), Stories (live frames, completion funnel, navigation, and a story history that outlives Instagram's 24-hour window), and Engagement (interaction trends, engagement split, discovery, and profile traffic including bio-link taps).

The Followers group covers audience demographics, an online-followers heatmap in your profile's timezone, a followers-vs-engaged comparison, and the map and radius views. Posts that clearly beat your account's usual numbers get an Outperforming flame in Content, and each post's detail page draws its real first-week decay curve from your snapshots.

The health score rates your account 0 to 100 from four live pillars: engagement rate on reach, follower growth pace, posting consistency, and audience quality (how much of your reach actually interacts). A fifth pillar, responsiveness, joins once comment data is flowing. The score freezes once per day, so the number you see in the morning is the number you see at night.

Instagram withholds some metrics from small accounts: under roughly 100 followers there's no follower history, no demographics, and no online-followers data from their side. Metryx shows an honest explanation in those slots instead of fake numbers.
